On April 28, an agreement between our University was signed at the Cochabamba Headquarters, through the Psychology and Penitentiary Regime Career, which will make it possible to carry out internships for our students as well as the preparation of Degree documents linked to the Modalities of Titling, allowing the rapprochement between both institutions, within the framework of the generation of actions in favor of the attention of people deprived of liberty.
Present at the event on behalf of UPAL were the Rector, Mgr. Patricia Miranda Chavez, and the National Administrative and Financial Vice-Rector, Lic. Wanda Jaldin Echalar, as well as the Director of the Psychology degree, Mgr. José Miguel Luizaga.
On behalf of the Penitentiary System, the Director of the Cochabamba Penitentiary System, Dr. Estrella Rocha, and the institution’s Psychologist, Lic. Eliana Hurtado, were present.
