General Objective of the Program
“Provide necessary tools for the development of a Clinical Pharmacy service at different healthcare levels, optimizing the practice of the pharmaceutical professional in the current context of the Hospital Pharmacy, participating with the health team in the application of pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies, enhancing the role of the Clinical Pharmacist in chronic diseases with high impact on the health and quality of life of patients ”.
CURRICULAR STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION
The diploma is organized in 6 modules, the modules are understood as structures in which competencies are articulated: knowing (knowledge), knowing how (skills and strategies) and knowing how to be with oneself and with others (attitudes and values ) in relation to a thematic axis.
