Opening of Academic Records (Kárdex):
From the moment of enrollment, D.A.R.A. handles the opening of each student’s academic record, where all documentation required by the Ministry of Education is stored. This record ensures that each admission meets all established legal requirements.
Registration and Processing of Grades:
The office also manages the recording of grades provided by instructors for each subject. This process allows students to access their grades more quickly and safely through UPAL’s academic system.
Eligibility for Graduation Exams:
Finally, D.A.R.A. organizes and supervises the necessary documentation to qualify students for graduation exams, ensuring that they meet all institutional and legal requirements for this final step in their academic journey.
