Cochabamba — MERCOSUR Educational is an accreditation system that recognizes and certifies the academic quality of undergraduate programs at an international level, promoting integration and recognition among the member countries of the bloc.
This certification is part of the Regional Accreditation of University Courses, carried out through the ARCU-SUR system, which consists of a team of three peer reviewers: two international and one national, all specialists in the evaluated area.
The evaluators conduct a documentary analysis of the administrative and academic processes of the program and the university. Subsequently, during a one-week visit, they visit the institution in person to verify information, speak with professors and students, and determine whether the program is eligible for accreditation.
This accreditation not only strengthens the institution’s prestige but also broadens opportunities for academic mobility and international cooperation, contributing to the development of higher education excellence in the region.
